It’s always a privilege for us to get to help with major events in different cities across the country, and the Microsoft Major League Soccer Program was no different. Our brand ambassadors and product specialists always create meaningful experiences for the events they are working with. The Microsoft MLS Program was a great testament to this.
Over the span of four months, our ambassadors engaged with consumers at Major League Soccer games in Kansas City, Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, San Jose, Philadelphia, and Portland. We showcased Windows 8 programs and Microsoft Tablets by encouraging people to use the programs to experience them firsthand and play with different apps offered.
With between 50 and 100 staff for each city per day, we ran 4 to 5 events in each of the 9 cities we went to.
To make sure that our staff members were well-equipped for these events, we held 4 hour training sessions, training them on the operation of the tablets and navigation of the apps.
In each market that we held these events, we experienced over 2,500 impressions each day.
