Second, when developing and implementing our processes and procedures, both for our sales interaction and our event execution, we consistently ask one key question: “How does this reduce stress for our client?”. This is why we provide 24/7 access to our Account Managers. Go ahead, call at 2 am. We gave up sleep years ago. This is also why we schedule our Ambassadors and their back-ups far enough in advance so we have a plan A, plan B and plan C to make sure you event is fully staffed with quality personnel. This is also why our Ambassadors themselves have easy access to our problem-solving Account Mangers so our team can be in a constant state of stress and headache elimination. We make ourselves the stress buffer so it never reaches our client.
