The Cost of Great Service

Cost Service

Driving down the highway, an angry, flashing service light on my dashboard quickly gets my attention. At 103,000 miles my SUV has been serviced well: I routinely take it to the dealership, receiving prompt and excellent service, but I know there are a few local shops that charge half as much.

Arriving at work, I jump online to search for mechanics and check reviews. The nearest one has good ratings, but my dealership has similar rankings and lots more reviews. Do I take a chance and choose solely based on cost? I need my car to last a few more years and can’t afford to have a breakdown.

Cost vs Experience

We’re all faced with cost vs. experience decisions, including who to choose as an event staffing partner. There are several agencies who can do a good job, but how much is riding on the success of your event? And when a problem arises, will the low cost provider have the resources to present a solution!? Have you ever made a decision based solely on cost, looking back and wishing you could have spent a little more to get the job done right the first time?

We have learned over the last 20 years that an investment in people with experience representing your brand is always worth the cost. At the end of an event the only metric that matters is how successfully people engaged and generated results. The additional cost of hiring the right qualified people will earn praise from a happy client, and that is exactly how we measure our success. Give us a call to find out exactly how we have served clients just like yours in this industry.

And finally, I am pretty sure you can guess where I took my car to get serviced – I wasn’t disappointed!
